Documentary of Mineral King Project

During this pandemic I have turned to a passion project: a documentary on Mineral King. Since I am unable to get up there this year I would love it if you would share some footage with me. I have an account set up at mineralkingfilm@gmail.com and can give you access to a google drive folder for uploads.

My request would be to film a few minutes of your favorite place in Mineral King, or your favorite hike, favorite view, etc. You can use camera or cell phone; my only request is you keep the camera steady when filming, by placing it on a rock or something sturdy.

Anyone who send me footage will get film credit and maybe a slice of pie at Silver City next year.

I do plan on requesting your possible participation in interviews and the like if you have the mind to do so too.. This starter footage would be for a teaser trailer and to start a gofundme for the project I plan to film in 2021.

If you don't have video footage but you have fantastic photos I will accept those too.

And spurred by a comment: I am also looking for stories. You can be interview about it, it can be recreated, or we can simply mention it.. Thank you for the suggestion! (may/ may not be part of the initial teaser trailer)
